Summary

• I am a Board Certified Colon and Rectal Surgeon in private practice since leaving the US Navy in 1986. My experience is broad and includes over 25,000 colonoscopies. My special focus is on anorectal disorders. I perform surgery at 2 major community-based teaching hospitals. Over 2 decades I taught University-based surgical residents but that ended with the closure of Hahnemann University hospital in 2019 and the dissolution of Drexel University's Surgical Residency Program. My practice partner, Anne-Marie Marcoux MD, and I have been together for 32 years. We remain independent in our own practice.
