    What’s Our Most Important Health Care Killer, Which Spares Nobody, Destroys Our Best Physicians Careers & Life & Has Never Been Addressed Before Even Though It Has A Simple And Permanent Solution.
    Dear Congresswoman Roby,
    The Hippocratic Oath is an oath historically taken by physicians and other healthcare professionals swearing to practice medicine honestly. We need our Superb Hospital based physicians to all practice in this manner and not be afraid to at all costs. Currently most do not in fear of retaliation and the destruction of their career.
    Good Samaritan laws are laws offering legal protection to people who give assistance to those who are injured or ill. Basically, Good Samaritan laws encourage people to offer assistance, reducing bystanders' hesitation to assist, for fear of being sued.
    The United States of America enacted laws to protect the general citizen if they assist another in public, but we don’t have similar laws protecting our Premier Hospital based Physicians who always put the Patients best interest first from Hospital Administrators from destroying their careers, family and basic ability to survive and find any enjoyment in life? Why you ask? The sole reason being our top Physicians always practice medicine in honest fashion, always putting their Patients best interest first. They never waver from this even when Hospital Administrators put their Hospital profits before the Patients, who cut supplies, staffing and directly threaten our Top Physicians to stay silent, stop caring or their careers & lives will be destroyed forever? This in turn places the lives of all Alabamians and all Americans seeking medical care at clinics, urgent care centers, emergency rooms, Hospital based private practices and those admitted in danger of being unnecessarily permanently disabled or killed as a direct result of the i
