• Dr. Robert Holland is an emergency medicine physician with more than two decades of frontline clinical experience and healthcare leadership experience in North Texas. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 2003 and completed his emergency medicine residency at UTHealth Houston in 2006.
  
  Dr. Holland previously practiced in high-acuity emergency departments, including Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano, where he also served in physician leadership roles focused on patient flow, interdepartmental coordination, and quality improvement. He has been recognized by D Magazine as one of the “Best Doctors” in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
  
  In addition to his clinical background, Dr. Holland has held executive and governance roles in healthcare, including serving as Chief Medical Officer and Facility Medical Director for a microhospital. He remains active in healthcare leadership as a co-owner and partner of The Colony ER Hospital and as a co-founder and board member of NaviWell Group, a lifestyle medicine company.
  
  Dr. Holland is now also a licensed Texas attorney and currently practices law as an associate with Bruster PLLC, where he focuses on high-stakes plaintiff-side litigation. His work is informed by his medical and healthcare systems experience, particularly in matters involving catastrophic injury, complex medical causation, and institutional accountability.
