Summary
- After serving as Chief of Sports Medicine and head team physician at the University of Colorado and the University of Denver, I relocated to Key West to head a full time orthopedic practice at Lower Keys Medical Center with specialization in sports medicine. Several months a year I travel overseas with Doctors Without Borders. The last mission was on the Syrian/Jordanian border in a war trauma hospital.
Was recently awarded a PhD in biology (hon) from Muhlenberg College after giving the 2018 Commencement address.
Off hours I am a licensed commercial boat captain and PADI scuba instructor.
