• Dr. Robert Rubino is an obstetrics and gynecology specialist based in West Orange, NJ. He completed his medical degree in 1991 and his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He served on the Board of Directors at University Hospital from 2017-2024 and was previously a councilman at the Common Council from 2012 to 2017, also serving two terms as Council President.
