  I have retired (12-01-24) & I am letting all of my certifications/licenses expire. I had barely lived through Encephalitis/Meningitis from COVID & HiB which has caused a lot of neuromuscular problems for me, I even have trouble typing/walking. This happened March 8,2024 & I was in a coma for 3 weeks then 3-4months in a rehab hospital and a year in PT. I had been working for Banner Urgent Care for 5years & before that 15years of other urgent cares and family practices at the same time with some work in Pain Management.
  I have been married to Great RN since PA school & it was she who saw that I was suddenly ill, got me to ER & saved my life. We live in a house that is too large for us but just barely hold most of the stuffed animals from my hunting, which I can't do anymore. I have gotten rid of (either sold or given away) all of my toys & trailers, boats & cabin. I no longer do ski Patrol or any skiing or flying due to my health but we do cruises.
  My Dad, Mom & another younger brother died within a month of each other at end of 2024; Dad almost made 100, Mom was 95, brother got CA passed age 60.
  I don't stay in contact with people, before I was too busy & now I am out of the habit.
  I remember all of my classmates with fond memories. Aman Matin lives in Portland & we still talk a few times yearly.
