  • I am licensed in NYS, 153038, and am Board Certified in Ophthalmolgy.
    During the last 25 years I have done surgical missions abroad. Now, after. a 10 year “retirement” hiatus I am returning to the Practice of Medicine.
    I have been invited to organize International Eye Surgical facilities, and to practice as a general practitioner in Mariposa, California.
