Prior to his residency and fellowship at the University of Michigan, he earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. His clinical interests include outpatient-based child & adolescent psychiatry, complex anxiety disorders of childhood, obsessive-compulsive disorder, as well as exploring models of integrative and collaborative care across healthcare disciplines. He greatly enjoys teaching the next generation of medical professionals, and as a professional cyclist in a past life, he is also interested in the mental healthcare of young athletes.
