Dr. Endress is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Endress then completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto, California, followed by a Fellowship in Orthopedic Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He specializes in all aspects of orthopedic hand, wrist, and forearm surgery, including microvascular free tissue transfer, trauma, brachial plexus and peripheral nerve surgery, and pediatric hand surgery.
  
  In addition, he is the only regional specialist in migraine surgery, which is an option for many patients with refractory migraine headaches.
