He specializes in adult congenital heart disease, interventional cardiology, cardiothoracic imaging, and preventive cardiology and is experienced in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, minimally invasive mitral valve repair, minimally invasive aortic valve replacement, atrial septal defect closure, PFO closure, alcohol septal ablation, and a whole host of other minimally invasive cardiac procedures.
He is currently the Director of the Structural Heart Disease and Heart Failure Programs at King's Daughters Medical Center, a 500-bed tertiary care teaching facility located in the tri-state border area in Appalachia.
