She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Yale University, and from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, which she attended through the prestigious Humanities and Medicine program.

    Dr. Taber completed her residency in pediatrics at NYU Medical Center, where she was selected Outstanding Floor Senior Resident upon graduation. She then completed her fellowship in pediatric rheumatology at Hospital for Special Surgery and Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Taber has been a featured speaker for the Scleroderma Foundation, Charla de Lupus, and A Lasting Mark Foundation, and is a Consult Editor of Rheumatology for Medscape. She is a member of the Scleroderma, Vasculitis and Rare Diseases group of the Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance. She is board certified in both pediatrics and pediatric rheumatology.
