I am a Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine. I became interested in the mind-body conundrum in college, leading me to the NYU combined neurology-psychiatry residency training program. I am board certified to practice Neurology, Psychiatry, and Behavioral Neurology & Neuropsychiatry. In addition to work as a traditional psychiatrist, I treat people with behavioral issues associated with Tourette’s Syndrome, Epilepsy, Parkinson Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury, and other Neurological conditions. I have participated in clinical research including clinical trials of SAM-E for treatment of Parkinson related depression and Aripiprazole for treatment of Tourette’s Syndrome.
