• Dr. Scott Kelly is an urologist in Birmingham, AL and is affiliated with Shelby Baptist Medical Center. He received his medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine and has been in practice 38 years. His General Surgical training was completed at UCLA Medical Center in 1979-1981. His completed his Urology Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston in 1982-1985.
