• Dr. Sean David is a Family Medicine specialist based in Chicago and Evanston, IL. He is Vice Chair for Research in the Department of Family Medicine at Endeavor Health, and he is a Clincal Professor of Family Medicine with the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago. He completed his medical education at the University of Washington School of Medicine, followed by a Family Medicine residency in the New Hampshire-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency Program.
