Overview of  Dr. Cossu

Sergio Cossu, MD, is a Cardiologist based in Allentown, PA, specializing in Cardiac Electrophysiology. His medical education includes a Residency in Internal Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Temple University Hospital, respectively. Currently, he is a Cardiac Electrophysiologist at both Lehigh Valley Health Network and Lehigh Valley Physician Group. Dr. Cossu is highly experienced in tackling complex cardiac conditions such as atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, ventricular tachycardia, and arrhythmia ablation. His research has been published in reputable journals. He is also involved in several clinical trials. Dr. Cossu's significant honors and awards include induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and Fellowship recognition from the American College of Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Society.
