Summary
- I am currently a third-year medical student at Rocky Vista University - Ivins UT. During this past year, I completed a general anesthesia rotation and absolutely enjoyed it! My current interests in medicine are anesthesiology and osteopathic manipulative treatment. For this upcoming match, I plan to apply to anesthesiology programs.
A little bit about my educational history: In 2019, I graduated with a B.S. Bioengineering degree at the University of Washington. During my undergraduate years, I worked as a student lab assistant/researcher at the Institute for Protein Design with a focus on molecular cloning and protein expression. For my senior engineering capstone, I worked with Dr. Corrie Anderson and a team of brilliant student mechanical engineers on creating a teaching device for epidurals. Following graduation, I stayed in Seattle and worked as a research associate in the molecular biology core of two biotechnology startups. In July 2021, I embarked on my medical school journey at Rocky Vista University with the Class of 2025.
