I am Sherwin Dela Cruz am currently employed as a cardiologist at the City of Hope in Los Angeles County seeing patients with advanced oncologic medical problems and concurrent cardiovascular disease(s).

I completed my general cardiology fellowship at the University of Hawaii in June 2017. I received my Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School Of Medicine and completed my internal medicine residency at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. I also successfully finished a research/clinical fellowship with the Women’s Heart Program at the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute after residency training.

I am trained in transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, electrocardiography, and stress testing. I am a self-motivated individual who can accept leadership when necessary, while also accustomed to a team-based and collaborative approach.
