Summary

• I am a board certified adult psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience. I keep myself up-to-date with all key developments in the field. My areas of clinical focus and expertise include obssessive compulsive spectrum disorders, ADD, ADHD, social anxiety diorder, other anxiety disorders, depression and other mood disorders, PTSD, nicotine addiction, behavioral addictions, psychosomatic conditions, issues involving human sexuality and sexual functions. I assess my patients from both biomedical and psychosocial angles and utilize biomedical treatments such as medications, including cutting-edge options, as well as psychological counseling and therapy. On a case by case basis, I work in collaboration with other therapists where they conduct most of the psychotherapeutic aspects of the treatment (the split, collaborative model) or I conduct both biomedical and all of the psychotherapeutuc aspects of the treatment plan myself (the unitary or integrated model).
