I'm the Medical Director of the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program and Inpatient Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center. I teach medical students, residents in psychiatry, psychology interns, attendings in psychiatry and the nursing and social work staff at the hospital. Additionally, I have 2 offices where I practice psychiatry; one in NYC on West 96th Street and the other in White Plains in Westchester County.

I am a member of ADAA for over 10 years and have helped to run their CDLP Young Leaders Program for the past 6 years. I am a recipient of their Founder's Award this Spring, 2020. I am also on the Executive Board and the Secretary-Treasurer of the New York Psychiatric Society. Additionally, I have been honored to be elected to the Academy Of Clinical Excellence at Columbia University and am the Chairperson of the Membership Committee and serve on the Executive Committee.
