Summary
- The Center for Successful Aging is a multidisciplinary geriatrics clinic located at Good Samaritan Hospital. We provide primary care and geriatric consultation through our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, physical therapists, clinical pharmacists, nurses and medical assistants. We also provide specialty care in dementia, movement disorders, geriatric psychiatry, urinary incontinence, metabolic bone disease, endocrinology, and pain management.
