- I am a tenured clinical pharmacy specialist, with experience in acute (inpatient) hospital care, ambulatory/primary care, drug information and pharmacy management. Some of my previous work experiences include provision of direct patient care (including scope of practice and prescriptive authority), serving as experiential clinical rotation preceptor for numerous schools of pharmacy, pharmacy management, and didactic teaching experience with local medical, pharmacy, nursing, and allied-health professional programs. I am a board-certified geriatric pharmacist (BCGP), licensed to practice Pharmacy in Pennsylvania, and maintain certifications in MTM and pain management. My clinical practice areas of interest include, but are not limited to, cardiology, anticoagulation, pain management and infectious diseases.
