• Dr. Stephen Kay is a highly experienced plastic surgeon based in Chevy Chase, MD, specializing in aesthetic and cosmetic plastic surgery as well as facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He completed his medical education at Weill Cornell Medicine in 1978, with residencies in surgery and integrated plastic surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital and University of Miami/Jackson Health System.
