  • Previous Member, CAP Cancer CommitteeIn this position, I worked with many distinguished pathologists in the development of the first edition of the "Manual for the Reporting of Cancer Specimens" which was endorsed by the ACS as the standard by which all cancer specimens should be examined and reported using synoptic reporting protocols
  • Director of Image Analysis - Hinsdale HospitalIn this position, I developed the first reported Quantitative quality control materials for anatomic digital image analysis. In this area, quantitative controls, reviewed in a manner similar to quantitative clinical pathology assays, were developed for proliferation marker KI-67 and DNA ploidy.
  • Medical Director - CAS laboratoryIn this position, I had the privilege to work on the earliest versions of clinical applications of digital image analysis.
