Summary

  • Completed my Internal Medicine/Pediatric ( Primary Care ) residency in 1994 at Bridgeport and Yale teaching hospitals. Started my career at Tanner Clinic in Layton, Utah providing out-patient primary care for all ages. At this time, Davis Hospital did not employ Hospitalists or Intensivists so I spent many hours per week in the hospital on the Med-Surg floor and Intensive Care unit. I also provided LTC and Hospice Care. Since then I've tried several different avenues in Medicine. I started and owned a Hospice Co. for several years. I started a company that employs medical providers to provide patient care in the LTC and Assisted Living settings ( me included ). I provided Addiction out-patient care ( Suboxone provider ). Now, as my career is winding down ( plan on working at least another 10-15 years ), I would really enjoy going back to my roots and provide out-patient care full-time with some Hospice and LTC on the side.
