He has published numerous researches in esteemed journals like New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of American medical Association, HCA Healthcare Journal of Medicine, Case Reports in Dermatology, The American Journal of Dermatopathology and JAMA Dermatology. Dr Weis led CDC TBTC (Tuberculosis Treatment Trials Consortium Site) and TBESC (Tuberculosis Epidemiology Trials Consortium) at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.
