• As a Senior Director of Population Health at Boston Medical Center (BMC) Health System, I lead a multidisciplinary team that provides care coordination and support services to high-risk Medicaid members with complex medical and behavioral health needs. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, I have a strong background in clinical pharmacy, population management, drug therapy, and analytics.
  
  I joined BMC in December 2022, after serving as the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Program Quality of Optum State Government Solutions- MA TPA, where I was responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Massachusetts Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) program. My mission is to leverage my managed care expertise and systems thinking skills to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and person-centered care to the communities we serve.
