  • I am a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. I wrote the second book ever on transvaginal ultrasounjd and the first text on Ultrasound in Gynecology. I have been the President of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM). I have developed a specific interest in abnormal uterine bleeding, developed a catheter for saline infusion sonohysterography, written the ACOG invited expert series on "Modern Evaluation of the Endometrium. I have been President of the North American menopause Society NAMS) and am the immediate past President of the International Menopause Society (IMS).I have written 7 medical texts, two lay person books, hold 3 patents and I invite you to my website GoldsteinMD.com
