Summary

• I am a board certified Internal Medicine physician since 2000 in my single specialty group practice of two providers. I provide care from minor illnesses to serious conditions from ages 14 to 114 in an out-patient setting. I promote preventive care and wellness visits and participate in value-based programs. My office is equipped for office based tests and radiology. I am adept at understanding value based programs and closing 'care gap' issues. I am fully involved in the practice management and administrative tasks of my private practice and perform as a medical director of my other practice which is a certified Rural Health Clinic.
