Dr. Sumeet Mainigi is a cardiology specialist based in Philadelphia, PA, with a focus on cardiac electrophysiology. He completed his medical education at New York University School of Medicine in 2000, followed by a residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Dr. Mainigi holds leadership roles at Jefferson Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, serving as Chair of Cardiology and Director of Electrophysiology, and is an Associate Professor at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Bruce & Robbi Toll Heart and Vascular Institute overseeing operations in Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, and Vascular Surgery over the 33 hospitals of Jefferson Health. His expertise includes arrhythmia ablation, maze procedures, and cardioversion techniques.
