    Dr. Moores Todd leads a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, informaticists, analysts, managers, and directors to optimize the healthcare experience through the blending of technology and workflow, in order to create a better embodiment of health for her community.

    Her leadership style draws from a conscious commitment to the beauty of life. She firmly believes that each of our caregivers are talented, motivated, and want to improve. Her greatest success as a leader is achieved by drawing each teammate into their genius zone, multiplying their talents, and giving them trust to believe in their own ability to craft our future. She fiercely believes that our future will be better than our past, because we will make it so.

    Dr. Moores Todd served as the Intermountain Informatics Physician System lead for COVID-19 testing during the pandemic. Her team created a novel, agile, transformative testing technical workflow which supported Intermountain Healthcare to provide more than 2 million COVID tests and more than 200,000 vaccinations across 60+ community locations.

    For clinical process improvement, Dr. Moores Todd also co-founded the Simulation Program for Utah Emergency Physicians (UEP), facilitating high-fidelity continuing education with a teams-based approach for Attending Physicians of UEP.
