• Tammy Lynn Merson, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Shore Psychiatric Services LLC. Living and working on the Eastern Shore, she is dedicated to serving her local community while offering telehealth services to patients across all of Maryland.
  
  Tammy provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy in-person or via telehealth for patients of all ages at her offices in Denton and Stevensville, MD. To accommodate busy families and working professionals, evening and weekend hours are available upon request. Additionally, she practices in Easton, MD, specializing in adults and seniors navigating complex mood disorders and memory or cognitive concerns. To further expand her lifespan care, she is currently pursuing advanced certification to be recognized by the State of Maryland as a clinician qualified to diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  
  Her clinical foundation includes a degree from Rivier University (Nashua, NH) and extensive experience at TidalHealth in Salisbury, MD. There, she treated child, adolescent, and adult populations across both acute inpatient psych units and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). This background equips her to manage complex psychiatric presentations with deep empathy and precision.
