Summary

• Terrilee Jackel graduated from Clarkson College in 2014, and started her Family Nurse Practitioner practice in Lamoni IA with Community Health Center of Southern Iowa (CHCSI). In 2022, CHCSI changed their name to Infinity Health. Working for Community Health Care center's is Terrilee's passion, and their mission is her mission; to treat all patients regardless of insurance or ability to pay, and to provide quality and equitable care to patients of all ages. Terrilee served as the Medical Director for this organization from 2020 - 2023, and continues to see telehealth patients part-time there.
  
  Terrilee currently works full time out of Community Health Center of Mason City, working to grow her practice in northern Iowa, assuring that same commitment and equity to their residents. She offers a full range of Family Practice / Primary Care services. Terrilee is one of the few providers in the state of Iowa with certification in Advanced Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. She also has certification from Cornell University in Plant-Based Nutrition, and is passionate about using nutrition to promote wellness, weight loss, and to live your best healthy life!
