- I am a board-certified endocrinologist (ABIM & NBPAS) and internist (NBPAS) and stick to endocrinology with a little bit of internal medicine depending on the case. I think individualy about every case I see. The plague of modern American medicine is trying to help the patient in too little time allotted. I fall behind with tough cases. When you see me, I may be running behind. Please be understanding if my need to spend extra time on tough cases puts me behind schedule.
