Dr. Thomas Moran is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology based in San Diego, California. He earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1980 and completed his residency at Union Memorial Hospital from 1980 to 1984. Following medical school, he served for three years as an Ob-Gyn physician in the U.S. Navy, fulfilling a service commitment in exchange for financial support during his education.
