Summary

I am a board certified Pediatric cardiologist. My interests in pediatric cardiology is primarily within general cardiology with a focus on in patient cardiology. I enjoy taking care of infants and children with congenital heart disease and myocardial disorders. I am the Director of the inpatient cardiac services and the cardiac care unit at Le bonheur Children's Hospital and work in tandem with the PICU, NICU, CVICU and ER teams. I am the lead cardiologist in the Tuberous Sclerosis Center of Excellence. I am also a lipidologist at the Healthy Lifestyle Clinic which is a part of the Pediatric Obesity Program in Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. I have a special interest in cardiac genetics and its clinical implications. I also, actively participate in the echocardiography lab at the Heart Institute. In a similar vein, I act as the residency director for the pediatric cardiology rotation for the pediatric and medicine- pediatrics programs. I am actively involved in fellowship and residency and medical student education.
