- Dr. Tia Raymond is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology, with additional training in cardiac critical care. She serves as the director of quality and patient safety for the Congenital Heart Center at Medical City Children's Hospital in Dallas,Texas. She is internationally recognized with more than 150 peer-reviewed publications for her research in resuscitation and cardiac critical care. She currently serves on the Pediatric Task Force for the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation and is the current chair for the Pediatric Basic Life Support Writing Group for the 2025 American Heart Association’s resuscitation guidelines. Previously she was co-chair for the development of the American Heart Association 2020 Pediatric Advanced Life Support Guidelines. She has served as a volunteer and Chair on multiples committees for the American Heart Association, the Emergency Cardiovascular Care Committee, and various committees for Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care.
