  • Dr. Timothy Lacy is a nationally recognized expert in neuropsychiatry, medical technology, and education with over 30 years of experience. He earned his Medical Degree from Texas A&M University College of Medicine and has dedicated his career to advancing medical technology and the integration of neuroscience, mental health, and innovative care solutions.

    Dr. Lacy developed and directed the National Capital Consortium Military Combined Residency Program in Family Practice and Psychiatry and pioneered neuroscience and neuropsychiatry training programs for the U.S. Military. He has held prominent leadership positions, including Director of the Neurobehavioral Program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Chief of Telehealth, Enterprise Imaging, and Cybermedicine for the U.S. Air Force Surgeon General’s office. He has also served as a consultant to the Army Telemedicine and Technology Research Center (TATRC) and contributed to NATO Medical Communication and Telemedicine Expert Panels.

    An award-winning educator and prolific writer, Dr. Lacy has published extensively in academic journals, delivered presentations at international conferences, and developed global workshops that bridge neuroscience, primary care, and psychotherapy. He currently serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the George Washington University School of Medicine.
