    After joining Children’s Minnesota in 2002 as a practicing pediatric otolaryngologist, Dr. Lander served as Medical Director of Children’s ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery (2020–2022), then as Chief of Surgery (2022–2025). In these roles, he led significant service line growth, improved quality and safety outcomes, and advanced professional staff governance. He continues to play a pivotal role in aligning clinical operations, provider experience, and organizational strategy.
