• Dr. Tim Talbert is a cardiac electrophysiologist at Hot Springs Cardiology Associates and National Park Medical Center with more than 25 years of experience. Prior to his time in Hot Springs, AR, Dr. Talbert was in private practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Dr. Talbert performs simple and complex cardiac ablation, pacemaker implantation (new and replacement), defibrillators, loop recorders and cardioversion procedures.
  
  Dr. Talbert earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, and completed his residency at University of Tennessee Medical Center at Memphis.
