• Global Medical Affairs leader and board-certified Pathologist with expertise in Dermatopathology, Cancer Biology, and Companion Diagnostics (CDx). I bring more than 22 years of combined experience in clinical pathology, translational science, and diagnostic innovation—bridging clinical insight with industry strategy to advance precision oncology.
  
  In my current role, I collaborate across R&D, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams to translate complex biomarker science into clinical and regulatory impact. My focus areas include predictive biomarker strategy, companion diagnostic development, evidence generation, and medical education in oncology diagnostics.
  
  I am dual-boarded in Anatomic Pathology and Dermatopathology, trained at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Harvard Dermatopathology Fellowship (MGH, Brigham and Women’s, Beth Israel, Dana-Farber). I earned my MD and PhD in Cancer Biology from the University of Arizona, where my research examined integrin signaling in prostate cancer progression and epithelial differentiation.
  
  I am passionate about diagnostic excellence, data-driven storytelling, and elevating the role of pathology in personalized medicine.
  
  Parallel to my industry work, I am also a Certified Professional Coach (ICF-ACC, ELI-MP, CPC) and founder of The Happy Physician, LLC, helping physicians create more fulfilling, balanced careers.
