• Violet Ashu, an ANCC board-certified PMHNP-BC, specializes in providing client-centered mental health services using evidence-based, holistic, individualized care to enable clients to achieve a healthy, productive, and positive sense of self. Has experience in psychiatric/medical settings for 16 years. Good mental health is our greatest wealth, but poor mental health makes us more vulnerable to certain physical health issues. Work experience was with Intouch Psychiatry, Meditelecare, and Done Health. Currently with Grow Therapy, RULA, Bicycle Health, Headway, Premier Behavioral Health & Wellness, and The Perfect RX. Her professional focus encompasses medication management, psychotherapy, Holistic care/Alternative treatments, GeneSight Testing, and collaborative treatment approaches that empower patients to achieve optimal mental wellness. She treats/manages mental health disorders such as MDD,/Bipolar, Resistant depression, PTSD, ODD, Anxiety disorders, Autistic spec. PBHW considers person-centered care as the cornerstone and viewing each client as a unique individual not just a collection of symptoms.
