• Violet Ashu is an ANCC board-certified PMHNP-BC with a goal of providing client-centered mental health services using evidence-based, holistic, and individualized care to enable them to achieve a more healthy, productive, and positive sense of self. Good mental health is our greatest wealth, but poor mental health makes us more vulnerable to certain physical health issues. She is experienced in treating and managing mental health issues such as Mood disorders, ADHD, Major Depressive disorders, PTSD, Anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, Borderline personality disorder, schizoaffective disorder, Psychosis, and more. She also treats clients with substance use disorder, and dual diagnosis. Her previous working experience was with Meditelecare in New Mexico and Done Health in Texas. Her current employment is with Grow Therapy, Premier Behavioral Health & Wellness, Headway, and Team Health-Texas Health Resources.
