Summary

• I am committed to educating my patients so they are better able to care for themselves, especially those with chronic disease and disorders such as Diabetes, Hypertension, CHF, and COPD. I am passionate about preventative medicine and work hard to ensure that patients are up to date on all appropriate testing and treatment based upon current literature/ Medicare guidelines.
  My focus the last few years has been on Diabetes management and prevention of complications.
  I have seen patients in the following settings: office/clinic, hospital, LTAC, SNF, and nursing home.
