• Warren Shadko is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Warren has eight years of psychiatric care experience treating clients as young as 4-years-old and into late adulthood. Warren promotes a patient-centered care approach to treatment and engages people with compassion and respect. Therefore, a specialized treatment plan is created in a collaborative and respectful manner, providing compassionate and evidence-based psychotherapy and/or pharmacologic management in a warm, supportive environment. As a Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner, Warren is licensed to prescribe all psychiatric medication, provide psychotherapy, and diagnose psychiatric disorders through testing and assessment to patients throughout Washington State.

  Warren views each patient as a distinct individual with their own unique life experiences, strengths, and challenges. When looking for a psychiatric provider, Warren brings life-experiences beyond the typical textbook-trained provider. Warren is a 22-year veteran from enlisting in the U.S. Army after high school and commissioning as a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy after working his way through school. Warren has also worked in the food delivery service and as a casino dealer. Warren’s life experiences make him more relatable to his patients because he has experienced the struggles that people go through in real-life!
