• Welcome, my name is Wendy Carlson. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 27+ years nursing experience.
  My nursing philosophy has remained the same over the last 20 years: Every client receives the same level of care equal to what is expected for a member of my own family. Together, we will work as a team developing a treatment plan achieving positive outcomes based on evidence-based practice standards. I am an outside of the box thinker.
