  • I am a family nurse practitioner who has spent over 15 years in Primary Care. In addition to Primary Care I oversee a medically supervised weight loss program with A Weight To Lose and I also do one-on-one diabetes coaching through Succeeding With Diabetes! My passion is Diabetes Coaching and helping clients lower their blood sugar readings through meal planning and exercise! I want to go with them along the journey and help them with the challenges diabetes brings! I love working with clients who are motivated to change their lives and improve their health!
