Summary

• Dr. Hartmann is a psychiatrist based in residential services at Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, OH, with substantial experience in treating post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and providing psychotherapy. Dr. Hartmann collaborates with a sophisticated team to provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations for individuals from around the country who may have struggled to find their recovery path. He completed his psychiatry residency at Summa Health System/NEOMED and Akron General Medical Center, following his medical education at Northeast Ohio Medical University. He holds a BS in Natural Science from The University of Akron. Dr. Hartmann previously served for 12 years as the Medical Director for Inpatient Psychiatry and Education at Cleveland Clinic Akron General. He was recognized with the Teacher of the Year award from the Northeast Ohio Medical University Psychiatry Residency and the Golden Apple Teaching Award from Akron General Medical Center in 2015. Served as faculty at NEOMED and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hartmann continues to teach students and residents in the clinical setting as Assistant Professor with the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
