Summary
- Dr. William Santoro was first board certified in family physician. He went on to become board certified in Addiction Medicine. He was President of the Pennsylvania Society of Addiction Medicine from 2021-2023. His term as President of the Berks County Medical Society runs from 2023-2025. He was named the first Chief of the Section of Addiction Medicine for the Tower Health System in 2014. He continues to treat patients through out the work week and serves as an expert witness in addiction medicine.
