Aside from his 14 years of clinical experience, he has had experience working within the insurance and hospital side of healthcare helping to improve patient outcomes, working on provider credentialing, physician chart reviews and hospital operations. Proficient in all EHR/EMR platforms. Prior to medicine, Dr. Popowich worked for five years in the independent film business serving roles involving the acquisition, marketing and distribution of art house quality films. He is originally from Philadelphia, PA and the father of two teenage boys.
