- I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a foundation in radiologic technology and over three decades of clinical experience. My background includes emergency medicine, internal medicine, and primary care, with current roles at WCCH Community and Rural Health Clinics, and PRN/Locum work in emergency departments throughout Louisiana.
My early career began in diagnostic radiology before transitioning into nursing, eventually earning a Master of Science in Nursing from McNeese State University in 2016. Since then, I continue to work in a wide range of healthcare settings including Emergency, Hospital Medicine, Primary Care/Internal Medicine.
I have presented at statewide conferences on radiologic interpretation for APRNs and have been recognized for research on complex geriatric case management. I am active in professional organizations, including the AANP, ANA, and Sigma Theta Tau.
