Summary

• I am a board certified general internist practicing with the Inova Health System in Alexandria, VA. I completed college and medical school at the University of Virginia, residency in internal medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, and fellowship in general internal medicine at Georgetown University. I have held faculty positions at Georgetown University, Duke University, and Emory University. I worked in private practice for 7 years in downtown Washington, DC, until joining the Inova Health System in 2010. Inova Fairfax Hospital has had a categorical internal medicine residency program since 2014, and I serve as the outpatient director for this program and as preceptor for many of these residents in my office practice in Alexandria, VA. I also am medical director for telehealth at Inova.
